If within 15 days of your purchase or before you make a purchase, should you find the same brand and model currently advertised online by a Canadian competitor at a lower price on identical item we will gladly match our competitor's price or refund you the difference if you have made a purchase from our online store. Just email us proof of the lower advertised price for us to verify.
InStyleHome.ca will match any advertised price in Canada for any item. Advertised price includes item price plus quoted shipping/delivery fees from other retailer.
Price Match includes any retailer who sells products in both retail stores and online under the same name. We will also price match on any items sold by Wayfair, Amazon, but not third-party marketplace sellers.
At InSTYLE Home & Rugs, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction is our priority. We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment.
We want you to be completely satisfied with every item you purchase. You can initiate a return for most new and unopened items within 7 days of ship or pick up date for a full refund less the cost of shipping or an exchange (except for special custom orders, Clearance sale items, mattress, rugs and assembled items). Customers are responsible for applicable delivery fees for the return.
You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment. We must receive your returned items at our processing facility within 10 days of. We inspect all returned items and award a partial refund for opened or used products. If the return is a result of our error or defective product, we will gladly refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.
Please unwrap your merchandise carefully, keeping in mind that merchandise can only be returned in its original packaging. Any opened merchandise that has been assembled or returned with damaged, some missing, or unwrapped packaging will be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fees. Refunds will be processed within 2 to 5 business days. Floor model samples are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you wish to make a return or exchange, please contact us to request and obtain an RMA number before shipping back your item(s). RMA numbers expire and become invalid after 7 days. Our toll free number is 1-866-799-7847 Monday to Friday 10:00 am – 5:00 pm (Eastern Time). Merchandise returned without a valid or active RMA number will be refused and shipped back to the customer at their expense. Shipments that are refused by the customer are considered returns.
Upon receipt, please be sure to account for each Items. You are responsible for examining all merchandise upon receipt to determine of damage has occurred in transit or of any cartons are missing. All claims for shortages and/or damage must be photographed in the presence of the carrier and reported to InSTYLE Home & Rugs within 48 hours of delivery. Please always write 'Subject to inspection" on delivery receipt of the shipping carrier.
It is customer's sole responsibility to measure the furniture and make sure that it will pass through doors, tight corners, staircase height and width to go to basement or second floor and fit his/her intended space. Estimated dates of Arrival are tentetaive and can not be used as a reason for cancellation. ETA's are estimated times of arrival and are subjct to change without notice.
Cancellation of "Out of Stock" items
You may cancel or modify your order within 48 hours. If the order has already been processed by our order and shipping department or by the manufacturer, it is not possible to cancel or modify the order.
