Do you offer shipping and delivery?

We provide fast shipping across Canada. In-stock orders usually ship within 3 business days, and most deliveries arrive within 1–7 business days. White glove delivery may take 3–10 business days depending on stock availability. Our Canadian furniture is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

What is your return policy?

Items can be returned within 15 days of delivery. Returns must be authorized and in original packaging. Restocking fees of 20–50% may apply depending on condition. Certain items such as final sale, clearance, assembled furniture, and custom orders are non-returnable.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Most items come with a 12-month residential warranty covering frames, springs, and cushion cores. Fabric is covered for 6 months against defects. Rugs have a 3–6 month warranty depending on type. Warranties do not cover wear, fading, misuse, or damage from improper care.
