We want you to be completely satisfied with every item you purchase. If you are not, you may return your item within 30 days of the delivery date. See conditions below:
- Smaller items such as accessories, and other items at our discretion are eligible for return with a $19 plus applicable taxes restocking fee within 30 days of delivery.
- Larger items such as home or office furniture, and other items at our discretion will have a restock processing charge of 25% of the original purchase price.

Delivery/Shipping fees are non refundable and the customer is responsible for the delivery/shipping fees to have item(s) returned to InSTYLE Home & Rugs store or It's warehouse.
Special Order and Custom Products
All custom and special orders are non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-returnable.
Non-Returnable Merchandise
- Items assembled, installed, or unwrapped by a White Glove delivery service.
- Items that have been assembled, installed, and/or used after delivery.
- Items without the original box(es) and/or original and undamaged interior packaging.
- Items labelled "Final Sale " or "Clearance".
- Artwork, paintings, wall art, artificial plants, mattresses, blankets, rugs, mirrors, pillows, cushions, throws, or concrete merchandise. These purchases are final sale.
- As marble is a natural material, unique veining, pitting, fissures, micro-cracks and colour variations are all characteristics that add to the uniqueness and beauty of each piece and is not considered as a defect.
- BDI products are "special orders from the U.S." and final sale. Once the order is processed, it can be modified within 2 days but can not be cancelled.
Cancelation before your order arrives or received
Estimated Time/Date of Arrival (ETA) are tentative and can not be used as a reason for cancellation. ETA's are subject to change without notice which are beyond our control due to supply chain issues.
*If for any reason you need to cancel your order before receiving it, there will be a 10% processing/admin fee.
Details
You must return items in new and unused condition with all original packaging materials included with the shipment. We must receive your returned items at our facility within 30 days. We inspect all returned items. If the return is a result of our error or defective product, we will gladly ship you the correct item ordered.
If you wish to make a return or exchange, please contact us to request a return authorization# before shipping within 5 days of receiving. Requests made after 5 days cannot be honored.
Merchandise returned without authorization# will be refused and shipped back to the customer at their expense.

Receiving your merchandise
Upon receiving your order, please be sure to account for each Items. You are responsible for examining all cartons and merchandise to determine if damage has occurred in transit. If any cartons are damaged, hole punched in, take photos and write on the delivery receipt: "Subject to inspection" and take a photo of it for your records or refuse acceptance if the damage is major and significant.
- It is the customer's responsibility to file a claim for damage directly with the transport company.
All claims for shortages must reported to InSTYLE Home & Rugs within 3 days of receiving your order.
It is customer's sole responsibility to measure the furniture for its intents and purposes and make sure that it will pass through doors, entrances, around tight corners in hallways, fit in the elevator, staircase ceiling height and width to go to lower or upper floor and fit the intended space.
*Clearance/Floor Sample Items are for local store pickup or GTA delivery only since the original packaging is not available for safe long-distance shipping.
