We will replace your item or parts of your item if defective at no charge to you. All regular priced in-stock furniture in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of receiving.
- Smaller items such as pillows, some accessories, and other items at our discretion are eligible for return with a $19 plus applicable taxes restocking fee within 30 days of delivery.
- Larger items such as home or office furniture, and other items at our discretion will have a restock processing charge upwards of 20% of the original purchase price.

Delivery/Shipping fees are non refundable and the customer is responsible for the delivery/shipping fees to have item(s) returned to InSTYLE Home & Rugs store or It's warehouse. Assembled items and any items without complete and undamaged original packaging, including those can not be returned.
Clearance items, one of a kind, floor models and special/custom order furniture are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange or refunds.
Special Order and Custom Products
All custom and special orders are non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-returnable.
Other Products not Eligible for Return or Cancellation
* All BDI products are "special orders from U.S." and considered final sale once the order is processed in our system, whether in transit or received.
* For products such as pillows, blankets, mirror, lighting and accessories, they are not eligible to be returned. These purchases are final sale.
No Returns or exchanges on Marbles.
As marble is a natural material, unique veining, pitting, fissures, micro-cracks and colour variations are all characteristics that add to the uniqueness and beauty of each piece and is not considered as a defect.
Cancelation before your order arrives or received
Estimated Time/Date of Arrival (ETA) are tentative and can not be used as a reason for cancellation. ETA's are subject to change without notice which are beyond our control due to supply chain issues.
**If for any reason you need to cancel your order before receiving it, there will be a 10% processing/admin fee. BDI products are excluded.
You may modify your order within 3 days from time of ordering. If the order has already been processed, it is not possible to cancel.
You must return items in new and unused condition with all original packaging materials included with the shipment. We must receive your returned items at our facility within 30 days. We inspect all returned items. If the return is a result of our error or defective product, we will gladly ship you the correct item ordered.
If you wish to make a return or exchange, please contact us to request a return authorization# before shipping within 5 days of receiving.
Merchandise returned without authorization# will be refused and shipped back to the customer at their expense.

Upon receiving your order, please be sure to account for each Items. You are responsible for examining all cartons and merchandise to determine if damage has occurred in transit. If any cartons are damaged, hole punched in, take pictures and write on delivery receipt: "Subject to inspection" or refuse acceptance if the damage is significant.
All claims for shortages and/or damage to the cartons must be photographed in the presence of the carrier and mentioned on their delivery receipt and reported to InSTYLE Home & Rugs within 2 days of receiving your order. Please take a photo of the delivery receipt for future claims against the transport company.
It is customer's sole responsibility to measure the furniture for its intents and purposes and make sure that it will pass through doors, entrances, around tight corners in hallways, staircase ceiling height and width to go to basement or second floor and fit his/her intended space.
