Shipping

Upon receipt, please be sure to account for each Items. You are responsible for examining all merchandise to determine if damage has occurred in transit or any cartons are damaged or missing and refuse acceptance. All claims for shortages and/or damage must be photographed in the presence of the carrier and reported to InSTYLE Home & Rugs within 48 hours of delivery.

Please always write "Subject to inspection" on Carrier's delivery receipt and keep your receipt.

It is customer's sole responsibility to measure the furniture and make sure that it will pass through doors & entrances, tight corners in hallways, staircase ceiling height and width to go to basement or second floor and fit his/her intended space.

Estimated dates of Arrival are tentative and can not be used as a reason for cancellation. ETA's are estimated times of arrival and are subject to change without notice which are beyond our control.

You may cancel or modify your order within 2 days from time of ordering. If the order has already been confirmed & processed by our order and shipping department, it is not possible to cancel. 

 

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with every item you purchase. You can initiate a return for unassembled items within 7 days of shipping or pick up date for a full refund less the cost of shipping. Custom orders, clearance sale, floor models, BDI products (unless defective) and items already assembled can't be returned. Customers are responsible for shipping fees for the return and original shipping fees if received under Free Shipping criteria.

You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment. We must receive your returned items at our facility within 14 days. We inspect all returned items and award a partial refund for opened or used products. If the return is a result of our error or defective product, we will gladly refund the full cost of shipping and ship you the correct item ordered.

Please unwrap your merchandise carefully, keeping in mind that merchandise can only be returned in its original packaging. Any opened merchandise that has been assembled or returned with damaged, some parts missing, or unwrapped packaging will be subject to 20% restocking fees. Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
