Upon receipt, please be sure to account for each Items. You are responsible for examining all merchandise to determine if damage has occurred in transit or any cartons are damaged or missing and refuse acceptance. All claims for shortages and/or damage to the cartons must be photographed in the presence of the carrier and mentioned on their delivery receipt and reported to InSTYLE Home & Rugs within 2 days of receiving your order. Please take a photo of the delivery receipt for future claims against the transport company.
It is customer's sole responsibility to measure the furniture for its intents and purposes and make sure that it will pass through doors, entrances, around tight corners in hallways, staircase ceiling height and width to go to basement or second floor and fit his/her intended space.
Estimated Dates of Arrival (ETA) are tentative and can not be used as a reason for cancellation. ETA's are subject to change without notice which are beyond our control.
You may cancel or modify your order within 2 days from time of ordering. If the order has already been confirmed & processed, it is not possible to cancel.

We want you to be completely satisfied with every item you purchase. You can initiate a return for unassembled items in their original packaging within 3 days of receiving or pickup date.
We will replace your item or parts of your item if defective at no charge to you. All regular priced in-stock furniture in their original packaging can be returned within 3 days of receiving. Your refund will be reduced by a re-stocking fee equal to 20% of the purchase price. Delivery fees are non refundable and the customer is responsible for the delivery/shipping fees to have item(s) returned to InSTYLE Home & Rugs store or It's warehouse. Assembled items and any items without complete and undamaged original packaging, including those unwrapped and assembled by a White Glove delivery service, cannot be returned.
Clearance items, one of a kind, floor models and special order furniture are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange or refunds.
Special Order and Custom Products
All custom and special orders are non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-returnable.
Other Products not Eligible for Return or Cancellation
* All BDI products are final sale once the order/s are processed in our system, whether in transit, received or not. No returns, exchanges or refunds.
For products such as pillows, blankets, mirror, lighting and accessories, they are not eligible to be returned. The purchases will be considered a final sale.
No Returns or exchanges on Marbles
As marble is a natural material, unique veining, pitting, fissures, micro-cracks and colour variations are all characteristics that add to the uniqueness and beauty of each piece and is not considered as a defect.
You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment. We must receive your returned items at our facility within 10 days. We inspect all returned items. If the return is a result of our error or defective product, we will gladly ship you the correct item ordered.
If you wish to make a return or exchange, please contact us to request a return authorization before shipping back within 3 days of receiving.
